1.2 No Online Payments
The Site does not process online payments. Product details, price, payment method, production timing, delivery method, and other order terms are confirmed individually with the customer. Any payment due should be made using a method agreed upon separately with DJOZ. Please refrain from sending payments or payment details that have not been confirmed through an authorized DJOZ communication channel.
1.3 All of our Products Are Exclusive
Every DJOZ product is made to order. Production begins once the material terms of the order are agreed and any required payment or other pre-production condition has been satisfied. Each order, production and shipment timing are discussed individually. There is no unified production period.
Handcrafted goods may show minor variations in embroidery, bead placement, natural leather grain, color, texture, stitching, stones, or artisanal metalwork. Such minor variations are features of handmade production. They are not to be considered as defects if the product materially conforms to agreed specifications.
1.4 Order Confirmation and Specifications
Importantly, an inquiry is not an accepted order. Before accepting an order, DJOZ may contact you to confirm the product, materials, colors, embroidery, hardware, personalization, price, production/shipment timing, destination, delivery method, and other relevant specifications. The customer is responsible for reviewing information submitted for personalization, including names, initials, wording, measurements, colors, and approved artwork.
1.5 Prices, Taxes, Customs and Currency
The price and currency are confirmed individually. Currency conversion or bank/intermediary fees may be charged by third parties. Unless DJOZ expressly agrees otherwise, the Customer is responsible for all and any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and similar destination-country charges. Nothing in this clause overrides taxes or charges that applicable law requires DJOZ to collect or pay.
1.6 Production and Shipment Timing
As each product is made to order, DJOZ and the customer agree on the applicable production and/or shipment timing individually, before the order is confirmed. Timing depends on the complexity of the piece and is discussed with the customer in advance.
For orders shipped to the United States, DJOZ generally ships via UPS. For international orders, shipping method, timing and other logistics vary by destination and are agreed upon individually with the customer.
For orders covered by U.S. law, DJOZ intends to comply with applicable FTC shipment-timing requirements. If DJOZ cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable time, the customer will be given additional notice required by law, along with the option to consent to the delay, cancel the order or request a refund, as applicable.
